My Approach
Growing up, therapy often felt taboo—something for the "weak." I wondered, How can talking to someone help with my depression and anxiety? Why can’t I just figure this out on my own? But through my own journey in therapy, I’ve discovered that seeking help takes incredible courage and intentionality. Having someone who listens without judgment can truly make all the difference. The process of self-discovery and growth through therapy can be challenging, but I firmly believe it’s worth it.
